Sellers are responsible for accurately describing the vehicles they list. Auto 1st does not verify the details of each listing and cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions made by sellers.
b) Buyer-Seller Agreement: When you agree to purchase a vehicle, you enter into a binding contract with the seller. Auto 1st is not a party to this contract, and all disputes should be resolved directly between the buyer and seller.
c) No Payment Facilitation: Auto 1st does not handle payments between buyers and sellers. All transactions should be conducted directly between the parties, and we recommend using secure payment methods.
a) Listing Fees: Sellers required to pay a fee to list a vehicle on Auto 1st. The fees, if applicable, will be clearly stated at the time of listing.
b) Payment Processing: Auto 1st does not process payments for vehicle transactions. We recommend using secure payment methods, such as bank transfers or trusted escrow services, when completing a transaction.
c) Refunds: All payments made for listing fees are non-refundable.
By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and work to protect your personal information.
Users of the website must not engage in any of the following activities:
a) Posting false or misleading information about vehicles.
b) Attempting to defraud other users or manipulate vehicle listings.
